Validation

Overview
In the Electronic Transmission | Validation workspace, the entries currently made in the workspaces (forms) can be validated. The entries are checked exclusively by the ERiC implemented in the Tax Transfer Hub. The original calculation data are checked. No snapshot is created.
Navigation
The Validation workspace is opened under Company | Electronic Transmission | Validation. The Validation workspace is displayed, for example, as follows:

Click Validate to start the validation.
After the validation, any ERiC error messages and ERiC notices are displayed in a table. The validation is also reported back if it is successful.
The ERiC notices are displayed only during the validation. During the test submission, only ERiC error messages that prevent the data transmission are reported back by the tax authority.
No data are transmitted to the tax authority as part of the validation process. This is therefore not a test submission or data transmission to the tax authority.
