Overview
Lucanet CFP Add-in for Excel 365 can be used to transfer plannings, posting records or statistical values, such as employee figures, from MS Excel to Lucanet. This data must be included in a certain format in the active workbook. This allows, for example, any kind of complex plannings to be created in Excel and imported into Lucanet at the press of a button.

Structure of the Excel Worksheet
The structure of the worksheet is essential for Lucanet (see Configuring the Excel worksheet). The import can only be performed if the worksheet has a particular structure.
To import information and values from an Excel table into Lucanet, the data and parameters to be transferred must be defined by keywords on an Excel worksheet of the active workbook.
The keywords show Lucanet which data of an Excel worksheet are to be imported. A distinction is made between required and optional keywords (see Required Keywords and Optional Keywords ).
The required keywords are required in order for Lucanet to recognize that it is an import. Optional keywords can be used to import additional information.
Transferring Postings
The import can take place after the Excel worksheet has been created in the respective format (see Transferring Data from MS Excel to Lucanet).
