Overview

After generating an iXBRL document, the created files are displayed in Result documents workspace, from where they can be downloaded or displayed.

Displaying a List of Result Documents

After executing the Generate iXBRL report package function (see Generating an iXBRL Report), an iXBRL report is displayed in the workspace:

The following functions are available in the list of result documents:

Option

Description

Open preview

Opens the result document in the iXBRL Viewer workspace, where it can be checked manually. 

Opens a context menu with the Rename context menu command. This command is used to open a dialog, in which you can enter a new name for the version of the document.

Search

Searches in the list of documents for documents that include the entered search term in the title.

You can filter the search results by activating a filter from the drop-down list.

Downloading Result Documents

You can open an additional area for all result documents in the list, from which you can download, for example, the files.

To do so, select a row in the list of result documents. The Result document sets area is displayed, for example, as follows:

The validation results and the generated files are displayed in the Result document sets area. The following functions are available:

  • Click to rename a document.
  • Click to download the validation results or the result document set (ZIP file).
  • Click Open preview to display a preview in the iXBRL Viewer workspace (see iXBRL Viewer).
