Financial Data

The Financial Data workspace can be found under Country-by-Country Reporting | Entity Data Collection and is displayed as follows:

The financial data workspace contains numerical entries that all have the same basic structure:

• A field that shows the sum of all imports for that data point
• A field that shows the sum of all adjustments made to that data point
• Total of imports and adjustments

To open the detail view, click the three vertical dots next to the import and adjustment fields:

• The import detail view shows all imported values with their respective sources
• The adjustment detail view shows all current adjustments and enables the user to add new adjustments.

You can also add attachments or comments of up to 1,000 characters to numerical entries to include the calculation behind manual adjustments, for example.
