Overview

The structure of your enterprise is recreated in the Organization elements workspace. 

Creating and Configuring a Structure

You can set up not only one but any number of structures, because there is no limit to the number of references that can be created to the elements from the Reporting entities and the Groups workspace, nor to the combinations that can be formed from them.

To create and configure a structure:

  1. If necessary, create a folder in which the structure is to be set up:
  2. Create the desired organization group(s)/reference(s)/total line(s).
  3. Move individual organization elements between the hierarchy levels with the context menu commands Cut and Paste.
  4. Define the sequence of the organization elements of a level with the aid of the context menu command Change order.

  5. Deleting individual organization elements using the menu command Delete.
