Overview
The document overview is the starting point in the XBRL Tagger. All documents to be tagged are loaded into the document overview.

Adding a Document
- Click Add document and do one of the following:
- From Lucanet Disclosure Management
- From your computer
- Either the Create tagging file from Disclosure Management or Add New Document dialog is opened, depending on your choice (see Options When Adding Documents).
Options When Adding Documents

Description
Reporting requirement
Automatically determined specifications defined by regulatory authorities are activated for the document by choosing the reporting requirement.
Select a file
Files created in Lucanet Disclosure Management. Select the desired file.
Create
Creates the chosen file.

Description
Document name
Optional document name. If you do not specify any name, the name of the chosen document will be used.
Reporting requirement
Automatically determined specifications defined by regulatory authorities are activated for the document by choosing the reporting requirement.
Document file
Click to choose a document.
Save
The document is created.
Displaying Document Information
As soon as you click a row in the dashboard, a window appears on the right, in which the settings are displayed that are automatically created when creating the document. The configuration depends on the chosen reporting requirement (see Adding a Document).
You can change the reporting requirement for a document by choosing the desired reporting requirement from the drop-down list and then clicking Save.
Other Options in the Document Overview
The following options are available in the document overview:

Description
Open
Opens the document in the XBRL document workspace, where it can be tagged.
Opens a dialog for renaming the document.
Deletes the document from the list of documents.
You can delete only documents you have loaded into the dashboard yourself.
Creates a duplicate of the document. You can use duplicates, for example, for checking or testing purposes.
Shows that the document is being used by a user and is therefore locked and cannot be opened.
You can unlock the document by clicking the icon.
Updating a document from Disclosure Management.
All tags from the current version of the document are transferred to the new version of the document.
The button is only available if the document was adopted from Disclosure Management.
