Overview

You can export the exchange rates contained in your exchange rate tables to MS Excel at any time.

Exporting Exchange Rates to MS Excel

To export exchange rates:

  1. Right-click the root folder Exchange rate tables or an individual exchange rate table.
  2. Select Export | Export exchange rates to MS Excel (XLS or XLSX) from the context menu. The Export exchange rates to MS Excel dialog is displayed:

  3. Speficy the following:
    • The exchange rate tables from which the exchange rates are to be exported
    • The data levels
    • The period for which the exchange rates are to be exported
    • The name of the export file
  4. Click Export.
