Planning Using Planning Wizards

Overview
Planning Wizards are functionalities in Consolidation & Financial Planning used for more advanced business logic and complex calculations. With the help of the planning wizards, it is possible to carry out postings automatically according to the configuration of the wizard. The planning wizard is only available in planning data levels.
To analyze, review, or share posting data, you can generate a report of all postings, including postings created by planning wizards. For instructions on how to do this, see Creating a Posting Report.
Types of Planning Wizards
The following planning wizards are available:
Type
Description
Loan
Using the loan wizard, it is possible to plan both received and issued loans in Lucanet for reporting entities.
Current account interest
The wizard can be used for reporting entities to plan the automatic interest return of giro accounts and overdraft facilities.
Transfer actual balance to plan
The wizard can be used to transfer existing account balances from actual to planning periods for reporting entities.
