Overview
In complex data collection processes, maintaining control over the current status is crucial for ensuring accuracy and compliance. Hence, in the CbCR module, every Constituent Entity (CE) has its own milestone to help track progress and coordinating efforts among multiple users.

The Status Monitoring workspace can be found at Country-by-Country Reporting | Cockpit. The workspace is displayed as follows:
Adjusting the Milestone Status
For reporting purposes, milestones cannot be imported automatically. To adjust a milestone:
- Navigate to Country-by-Country | Cockpit | Status Monitoring.
- Do one of the following: Select an individual CE, all CEs that you can see based on your role, or any subset thereof.
- Hover over the Bulk change button and select one of the available statuses:
- not started
- in process
- closed
- checked
Adjusting the milestone status
Note: Even to adjust a single milestone, you need to use the bulk change functionality.
