Report Repository
Last updated on 2026-03-10
Overview
To reduce the workload and keep Income Taxes accessible to users, the execution of custom reports is controlled.
As soon as a user triggers the execution of a custom report, this is sent to a queue as a task. This ensures that multiple users can request the execution of reports of different sizes at the same time without Income Taxes becoming so busy that it can no longer respond. In the queue, one report is processed after another. Processing follows the FIFO principle (first in, first out).

Using Notifications
As soon as a report is being executed, you will receive a notification that the report is in execution. As soon as execution is complete, a new notification appears that the report is now completed and can be downloaded in the Report Repository.
Opening Report Repository
The Report Repository can be opened via the button in the upper right corner of the header area of the workspace Tax Reports or of the workspace Reporting Engine. All reports generated by the user are displayed there.
The repository is user-specific. You can therefore only view the reports you have generated yourself.
Generating Multiple Reports
The repository is not period- and company-specific. If a report is executed multiple times in succession for different companies, only the most recent execution of the report is available.
The Report Repository is therefore not suitable for storing documents.
Download the generated reports and save the files in a suitable location for permanent storage.
