On this page, you can find information on the structure of the user interface and the main elements in XBRL Tagger. From this page, you can navigate to detailed descriptions of the individual workspaces in XBRL Tagger.
When you open XBRL Tagger from the main menu, the application window is displayed.
The user interface differs slightly depending on whether you open a Word document or a PDF document. However, the basic structure of the user interface is the same in both cases.
The application window consists of the following elements:
You can use the breadcrumb navigation to switch between the different workspaces in XBRL Tagger. For example, you can use it to open the Dashboard, which displays all documents that have been loaded into XBRL Tagger.
The document view is the area in which you tag a document. For more information, see XBRL document.
When a PDF document is open, the document is displayed as a rendered PDF with tagging overlays. You can switch between the Text tagging and Table tagging layers at the top of the document area to work with text blocks or tables. For more information, see Tagging a Document and Working with Layers.
The panel buttons in XBRL Tagger let you display or hide additional and detailed information about the open document. For Word documents, the following panels are available in the right sidebar:
The KVK filing information panel is only available when a KVK taxonomy is used.
For PDF documents, open Taxonomy, Clipboard, Document outline, Validation, and AI background tasks from the document toolbar. The selected panel is displayed to the right of the document. The Properties of a selected element and the Calculation tab are integrated into the Taxonomy panel.
KVK filing information is also available for PDF documents when a KVK taxonomy is used. The Footnote and Version history panels are not available in the PDF view.
For Word documents, Validation, Generate XBRL report, and AI background tasks are also available at the bottom of the sidebar. For PDF documents, open Validation and AI background tasks from the document toolbar; Generate XBRL report is in the top bar.
The AI features in XBRL Tagger, including the actions displayed in the AI background tasks panel, are only available if they are activated in the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform. If the AI features are deactivated, the AI background tasks panel displays a corresponding notice. Only a user with the License Manager role can activate the AI features.
