There are two available user roles for Lucanet ESG Reporting: ESG Administrator and ESG Data Collector. The options available to you will differ depending on which role you have been assigned. You will also see a different ESG Reporting interface depending on your role.
No. A formula-based KPI is always calculated by the system from the answers referenced in its formula. The value field is read-only for everyone, including the ESG Administrator. If a KPI value is wrong, correct the underlying answers, or have the ESG Administrator adjust the formula.
A KPI is only calculated once all the questions used in its formula have been answered. As long as an input is missing, the KPI indicates that it is still waiting for inputs and names the questions concerned, instead of displaying a partially calculated and therefore misleading figure. Click the named question to jump to it and complete it.
A KPI has no reporting entity assignment of its own. It is visible only to users who have access to all the questions used in its formula. If one of these questions is not assigned to you or to your reporting entity, the KPI is not displayed to you.
