The Administration area of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform acts as a central hub for user management and the administration of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform.

In the

User Management

section, you can create users and user roles, and assign these to higher-level permissions. It is ensured that administrators of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform have the necessary tools to create and update user accounts in a few steps within minimum time.

area provides:

An overview of the solutions you have purchased and their associated

license

packages, as well as the number of users who have access to each

solution

Access to the configuration of

external authentication

Certificates

that are used to install SEA in Lucanet.Software Manager and to configure SEA applications in Consolidation & Financial Planning solution of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform

Customizations

that allow the administrator to adapt certain elements of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform to your corporate design

In the

Exchange Rate Management

section, you can configure the exchange rates that solutions on the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform use to convert between currencies. For each currency combination, you choose whether the rates are retrieved automatically from the European Central Bank or from an Excel file you upload yourself.

Administrative notifications are managed through the Notifications section, where you can view system updates, user management events, and other administrative activities.
