The Platform Management allows you to configure central settings for the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform and includes the following workspaces:

  • The Lucanet licenses workspace provides an overview of your licensed solutions, their license packages, the used license slots per user role, and the licensed reporting entities. Users with the License Manager role can request license upgrades directly from the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform (see Managing Lucanet Licenses).
  • In the External Authentication workspace, you can configure that a user is authenticated via a central instance in the network (see Configuring External Authentication).
  • The Certificates workspace allows administrators to generate and download SEA certificates using instances. These certificates are used to install SEA in Lucanet.Software Manager and to configure SEA applications in Consolidation & Financial Planning solution of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform (see Generating and Downloading SEA Certificates).
  • In the Customization workspace, you as an administrator can customize certain elements of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform to match your corporate design. Currently, you can upload your company logo and configure it for use on the start page and in e-mail templates (see Configuring Customizations).
