Integrating Data

Overview

Data integrations let you connect the variables in your model to different data sources. In most cases, this is used to pull in actual data and to perform forecasts based on historicals.

When a variable is linked to data, it will take its value from the data source if data exists, and will fall back to its formula if data does not exist.

Data integrations can be set up to connect to:

  • Consolidation & Financial Planning on the Lucanet CFO Solution Platfom
  • Different kinds of systems, such as CRM, Accounting or ERP systems, P ayroll, or BI tools.

Lucanet CFO Solution Platform

Consolidation & Financial Planning (CFP)

To connect to a Lucanet CFP Data Source, a connection between the xP&A solution and the Consolidation & Financial Planning solution needs to be estabslished on the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform, first.

If you are a current user of Lucanet Consolidation & Financial Planning, an administrator setting up xP&A will establish this connection on the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform.
