Yes. Lucanet Copilot has evolved into Lucanet Lume — a new name reflecting the growing, intelligent capabilities of the conversational layer in the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform. It is not a separate product: if you used Copilot before, you are now using Lume.

No, your data is not used for training large language models (LLMs). Your questions and answers remain private and are only used to process your requests within Lucanet Lume.

Your conversations are saved as searchable threads and remain accessible for up to 30 days. After 30 days, a chat is automatically deleted from your history. System logs are retained for 45 days to assist with technical support, performance monitoring, and system optimization.

Lucanet Lume operates within our secure infrastructure and follows strict data protection protocols. Your interactions are handled according to our privacy policies.

Your data and logs are stored within the AWS data center region where your Lucanet tenant is hosted. When using Lucanet Lume, user prompts are securely processed by language models hosted with several cloud AI providers (Microsoft Azure, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI). Processing generally takes place within the EU region. For customers outside of the EU, processing may in some cases take place in the region where your Lucanet CFO Solution Platform is hosted. This data is not stored by the LLM provider. In some cases, anonymized system monitoring data may be stored outside your AWS region for observability purposes.

For more on how Lucanet governs the use of AI features, see the Lucanet AI Guidelines on the Lucanet Trust Center.

Lume's capabilities depend on your license and permissions, and evolve frequently. To see what's available to you, just ask Lume: "What can you do?"

You can ask any question about Lucanet software in plain language, and Lucanet Lume provides instant answers based on information from support.lucanet.com. Lume can also route your request to the right workflow agent behind the scenes, with no prompt engineering required — for example, the Modeler Agent to build financial models in Lucanet xP&A. For more information, see Lucanet Lume and Agents.

Lucanet Lume is provided as part of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform license, subject to fair use limits; access is not unlimited. For more information, please speak to your Lucanet contact.

While Lume is designed to provide accurate and helpful answers, it may occasionally make mistakes. We recommend double-checking all answers and insights it provides before acting on them.

Yes. Threads are automatically named after your first message. Open the chat from your history, hover over the three-dot menu, and choose Rename or Delete. Deleting a thread is permanent.

No. Deterministic financial calculations continue to be performed by the CFO Solution Platform itself. AI is used for interpretation, formulation, and automation — not for binding calculations.
