If a data level has the status The planning data level is not synchronized with the actual data level, then it can be synchronized with the actual data level at any time. All planning data levels are synchronized with the actual data level with the help of the respective link. The balances of the general ledger in the last actual period before the start of the planning period are used as initial values for the planning data levels.
To synchronize all planning data levels with the actual data level at the same time, click Synchronize all planning data levels in the workspace taskbar.
All planning data levels are synchronized with the actual data level without the confirmation message.
