Using Keyboard Shortcuts

Overview

To accelerate operation and navigation, a range of shortcuts is available for different areas of the software in Consolidation & Financial Planning.

Available Keyboard Shortcuts for Ledgers and Schedules

The following keyboard shortcuts are available for ledgers and schedules:

Alt + RInserting as reference
Ctrl + X or Alt + XCut
TabSkip to next cell
Shift + TabSkip to previous cell

Available Keyboard Shortcuts for Tables

The following keyboard shortcuts are available for tables:

Ctrl + CCopy
Ctrl + VPaste
Ctrl + XCut
Alt + SSave
Alt + TResolve difference (postings)
TabSkip to next cell
Shift + TabSkip to previous cell
↓Navigate down (adds a new row when on the last row)
↑Navigate up
←Navigate to the left
→Navigate to the right
DelDelete row
EnterConfirm changes or start editing the cell
EscCancel changes
  • Arrow keys move between cells when a cell is not being edited; while editing, they only move the cursor within the cell.
  • Tab and Shift + Tab always move to the next or previous cell, whether or not you are editing.

The following keyboard shortcuts are available for the tree view:
