Lucanet provides the complete Excel integration for planning and reporting purposes.

Lucanet CFP Add-in for Excel 365 enables interactive access from MS Excel to Lucanet.Financial OLAP Server that can be used for data query and data editing from MS Excel.

Lucanet.Excel-Reporting enables the creation of standard reports in MS Excel.

You can choose to use Lucanet CFP Add-in for Excel 365 or Lucanet.Excel-Reporting depending on how you want to use MS Excel together with the Lucanet software.

• The latest values are always available. • Data on Lucanet.Financial OLAP Server can be queried from within MS Excel. • Data on Lucanet.Financial OLAP Server can be edited from within MS Excel.	• No internet access or Lucanet account is required to read the reports. • Lucanet CFP Add-in for Excel 365 does not need to be installed. • An unlimited number of formulas is possible.

Disadvantages

• Internet access and access to the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform are required. • Lucanet CFP Add-in for Excel 365 must be installed. • A Lucanet account is required. • A Lucanet user is required.	• The reports contain the values at the time the report was generated. That means the reports may not necessarily contain the most up-to-date values. • The system only queries values, which cannot be edited.

Should be used if...

CFP Add-in for Excel 365	Lucanet.Excel-Reporting
The interactive data analysis is necessary, because the latest values should always be available and/or data needs to be edited on Lucanet.Financial OLAP Server from MS Excel.	Standard reports are to be used that are distributed as required and are displayed independently of Lucanet and/or Internet access.
