# Lucanet Copilot

## Is my data used for training LLMs?

No, your data is not used for training large language models (LLMs). Your questions and answers remain private and are only used to process your requests within Lucanet Copilot.

## How long and where are my questions and answers saved?

Your personal conversation history is stored for 24 hours. System logs are retained for 45 days to assist with technical support, performance monitoring, and system optimization.

## How does Lucanet Copilot protect my confidential information?

Lucanet Copilot operates within our secure infrastructure and follows strict data protection protocols. Your interactions are handled according to our [privacy policies](https://www.lucanet.com/en/data-protection/).

## Where is my information processed and stored?

Your data and logs are stored within the AWS data center region where your Lucanet tenant is hosted. When using Lucanet Copilot, user prompts are securely processed by language models hosted in Azure data centers (such as Sweden for GPT-4.1), but this data is not stored by the LLM provider. In some cases, anonymized system monitoring data may be stored outside your AWS region for observability purposes.

## What kind of questions can I ask Lucanet Copilot?

Currently, you can use Lucanet Copilot in two main scenarios:

**Information on Lucanet software:**

You can ask any questions about Lucanet software. Lucanet Copilot will provide responses based on information from support.lucanet.com.

**CFO Insights:**

Lucanet Copilot can assist you with questions related to your currently opened CFP report, offering insights and explanations based on your report data. The CFP Professional license is required.
