# Working with Models

## Overview

A model in Lucanet xP&A refers to a structured representation of data and calculations, similar to a tab in a spreadsheet.

Models can be:

- **Organized** into folders, **cloned**, and **linked** with other models
- **Shared** in parts through views or as a whole to collaborate with others within the xP&A solution
- **Exported** to be used and to collaborate with others outside the xP&A solution
