Configuration

Overview

In the Configuration workspace, you can choose interfaces to be used for a period-independent, automated export.

You specify whether and at what event an automated export is to be created in the Structure workspace under Precondition for export .

  • An automated export is available only for interfaces with the Export direction and the Custom Report interface type.
  • The Configuration workspace is required only for this use case. In all other cases, interfaces are defined on a period-dependent basis in the Structure workspace.

Choosing an Interface for Automated Export

The Configuration workspace is displayed, for example, as follows:

To configure an interface for automated export, specify the following:

OptionDescription
PeriodTax return period for which the automated export is to be created
Export-TemplatesThis entry is not required and can be left empty.
Export InterfacesSelection of the export interface to be used for the automated export of a report. Only interfaces with the Export direction and of type Custom Export are available for selection, for which preconditions for export have been defined in the Structure workspace.

All other fields in the Configuration workspace are not relevant and do not need to be configured.
