In the Financial Data workspace, you can collect the financial data for the CbC report on an entity level per company and reporting period.

The Financial Data workspace can be found under Country-by-Country-Reporting | Entity Data Collection | Entity Data Collection | Financial Data and is displayed as follows, for example:

'Financial Data' workspace is displayed

The Show IDs button displays the technical identifiers of each field, which map the field to its data interface for imports and troubleshooting.

To show the IDs:

1

At the top of the workspace, click Show IDs. Each field displays the Mapping ID and the TQ ID below its name.

To return to the default view, click Financial Data in the menu again.

In the detail view of the Import or Adjustment fields you can see imported values and adjustments that make up a field's Total.

To open the detail view:

1

Click the three vertical dots next to the Import or Adjustment value.

2

Review the detail view:

  • The import detail view lists each imported value with its Data Source, Data origin, Comment, and Amount, and shows a sum(Σ) row.
  • The adjustment detail view lists the current adjustments in a table with the columns Data Source, Data origin, Comment, and Amount, plus a sum (Σ) row. To add an adjustment, type the value in the Amount field of the input row and click the + button; the adjustment is added to the sum (Σ) row and to the field's Total.

You can attach a file or add a comment to each entry — for example, to record the calculation behind a manual adjustment.

To attach a file, click Attach file in the Attachment column and select the file you want to upload.

To add a comment, type your text in the Comments column; comments can be up to 1,000 characters, and the counter (for example, 0/1000) shows how many characters you have used.
