# Entity Data Collection

## Overview

The **Entity Data Collection** folder stores information on individual constituent entities (CEs). This information then forms the basis for the Country-by-Country report.

## Navigation

The **Entity Data Collection** folder can be found at **Country-by-Country-Reporting | Entity Data Collection.** The folder and its corresponding workspaces are displayed as follows, for example:

## Workspaces in the 'Entity Data Collection' folder

The **Entity Data Collection** folder contains the following workspaces:

| [Financial Data](https://support.lucanet.com/en/documentation/income-taxes/income-taxes/cbc-reporting/entity-data-collection-cbcr/financial-data.md) | Holds the financial values that each CE reports for CbCR — for example revenues, profit or loss before tax, income tax paid, income tax accrued, stated capital, accumulated earnings, number of employees, and tangible assets. |
| [Business Activities](https://support.lucanet.com/en/documentation/income-taxes/income-taxes/cbc-reporting/entity-data-collection-cbcr/business-activities-cbcr.md) | Records the nature of each CE's main business activities. |
| [CE Information](https://support.lucanet.com/en/documentation/income-taxes/income-taxes/cbc-reporting/entity-data-collection-cbcr/ce-information-cbcr.md) | Contains identification and master data of each CE, such as tax identification number, incorporation jurisdiction, and address. |

> **Note:** Entries in the **Entity Data Collection workspaces** are in the local currency of each CE. The conversion to the CbCR reporting currency takes place when you run the calculation.
