The Entity Data Collection folder stores information on individual constituent entities (CEs). This information then forms the basis for the Country-by-Country report.
The Entity Data Collection folder can be found at Country-by-Country-Reporting | Entity Data Collection. The folder and its corresponding workspaces are displayed as follows, for example:
'Home' workspace in 'Entity Data Collection' folder
Holds the financial values that each CE reports for CbCR — for example revenues, profit or loss before tax, income tax paid, income tax accrued, stated capital, accumulated earnings, number of employees, and tangible assets.
Contains identification and master data of each CE, such as tax identification number, incorporation jurisdiction, and address.
Entries in the Entity Data Collection workspaces are in the local currency of each CE. The conversion to the CbCR reporting currency takes place when you run the calculation.
