Status Monitoring

Overview

In complex data collection processes, maintaining control over the current status is crucial for ensuring accuracy and compliance. In the Country-by-Country-Reporting (CbCR) sub-module, every Constituent Entity (CE) has its own milestone, so you can track progress per entity and coordinate work across multiple users.

The Status Monitoring workspace is the central overview for these milestones. From a single table, you can see all CEs in scope for the selected period, filter them by jurisdiction, and update their milestone status — individually or in bulk.

The Status Monitoring workspace can be found at Country-by-Country-Reporting | Cockpit | Status Monitoring. The workspace is displayed as follows, for example:

Adjusting the Milestone Status

You can adjust the milestone status of several CEs in a single action. To adjust the milestone status:

Navigate to Country-by-Country-Reporting | Cockpit | Status Monitoring.

Select the period and, if needed, the jurisdictions whose CEs you want to update.

Select the rows you want to update. You can:

  • Select an individual CE by activating its check box.
  • Select all currently visible CEs by activating the check box in the column header.
  • Select any subset by activating individual check boxes.

In the table toolbar, click the Bulk change drop-down list and select the target status:

  • not started
  • in process
  • closed
  • checked
A list of available statuses is displayed.
Adjusting the milestone status

The system applies the chosen status to all selected CEs. The Milestone Status column reflects the change immediately.

To update a single milestone, right-click the Milestone Status icon on the entity row and select Increase or Decrease.

There is no direct export for a complete list of all entities and their milestone statuses for a period. As a workaround, use the Excel downloads available from Table 1, Table 2, or Table 3 in the Calculation folder, which include all entities for the selected period.
