Questionnaire Value Transfer

The Questionnaire Value Transfer workspace pushes the values you have collected in CbCR questionnaires into the CbCR sub-module so that they can be used in CbCR reporting. The transfer always happens within the same period — there is no separate source and target period.

Transferring Questionnaire Values

To transfer questionnaire values into the CbCR sub-module:

Navigate to Country-by-Country-Reporting | Cockpit | Import | Questionnaire Value Transfer.

In the Applies to period drop-down list, select the period whose questionnaire values you want to transfer.

In the Company drop-down list, select the CE.

To execute the transfer for all CEs at once instead, activate the Run import for all Constituent Entities check box in the table below. If you do not see the check box, your role does not allow bulk transfers — ask your system administrator to enable it.

Click Transfer values. The system executes a validation; a progress bar tracks the execution.

When the validation finishes, review the result. Then do one of the following:

  • Click Save to write the transferred values into the CbCR sub-module.
  • Click Cancel to discard the validation and return to the start.
