The Income Taxes workspace copies data from the Income Taxes module of a chosen source period into the current CbCR period and Constituent Entity (CE). Use it when you want to start a CbCR period from a set of already-collected Income Taxes figures, or when you need to refresh CbCR with the latest Income Taxes values without leaving the cockpit.

The Income Taxes workspace can be found at Country-by-Country-Reporting | Cockpit | Import | Income Taxes. The workspace is displayed as follows, for example:

The import taxes workspace and the import folder are displayed.
'Income Taxes' workspace in 'Import' folder

To import Income Taxes data into the CbCR sub-module:

1

Navigate to Country-by-Country-Reporting | Cockpit | Import | Income Taxes.

2

In the Applies to period drop-down list, select the target CbCR period the data should be written into. The same period is shown as the read-only Target Period row in the table below.

3

In the Company drop-down list, select the CE whose data should be imported.

To run the import for all CEs at once instead, activate the Run import for all Constituent Entities check box. The bulk run only includes CEs that exist in both the source and the target period and that are not closed or archived; CEs that exist only in one period are skipped.

If you don't see the check box, your role doesn't allow bulk imports — ask your system administrator to enable it.

4

In the Source Period drop-down list in the table below, select the period whose Income Taxes data should be read.

5

Click Import. CbCR executes a validation in the background and shows a progress bar. When the validation has finished, the preview of the imported data is displayed.

6

Review the preview. Then either:

  • Click Save to commit the data to the CbCR target period.
  • Click Cancel to discard the preview and start over.
