In the Country-by-Country-Reporting sub-module, the calculation process creates a snapshot that reflects the data exactly as it was in the moment of its creation. Snapshots do not change as new data is added to the sub-module or when jurisdictional or entity elections are changed. Instead, after entering new data or to evaluate the impact of an election, you have to create new snapshots.

In the Home workspace, users can create new snapshots or select an existing snapshot. The other workspaces display the information from that snapshot.

The Calculation folder can be found at Country-by-Country-Reporting | Calculation.

The Calculation folder contains the following workspaces:

Workspace	Description
Home	Lets you create, manage, and select snapshots. The other Calculation workspaces display the data from the selected snapshot.
Group Data	Displays the group data from the Group Data Collection workspace as it was when the snapshot was created — a required part of the Country-by-Country report.
Table 1	Shows the country-by-country data at jurisdiction level: the aggregate values for all CEs in a jurisdiction, converted into the snapshot currency.
Table 2	Shows the country-by-country data at entity level, for all CEs resident in the selected jurisdictions, in the snapshot currency.
Table 3	Shows the additional information entered in the Group Data Collection workspace.
Public Report (EU)	Shows the EU public Country-by-Country report.
Public Report (Australia)	Shows the Australian public Country-by-Country report.

The Public Report (EU) and Public Report (Australia) workspaces appear only after you select a snapshot that includes the matching public-reporting scope — Public CbCR (EU) or Public CbCR (Australia) — chosen when you perform the calculation.
