# Dashboards

## Overview

The **Dashboards** global function provides a dedicated space in the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform where you can build, share, and analyze interactive dashboards. You can combine widgets such as KPI cards and charts to visualize your financial data and share dashboards with other users for collaborative analysis.

> **Note:** - Currently, dashboards use **Consolidation & Financial Planning (CFP)** data as their data source.
> - Using **Dashboards** requires a **Consolidation & Financial Planning** license. Without this license, the function is not displayed in the main menu.

## Navigation

**Dashboards** can be found in the **main menu** of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform. The dashboards you have access to are displayed as follows, for example:

## Viewing Dashboards

On the Dashboards start page, you can open, create, and manage your dashboards.

### Tabs

The following tabs are available:

| Tab | Description |
|-----|-------------|
| All dashboards | Displays every dashboard you have access to, including your own and dashboards shared with you. |
| Your dashboards | Displays only the dashboards you own. |
| Shared with you | Displays only the dashboards that other users have shared with you. |

### Display Options

In the top-right corner, the following display options are available:

| Option | Description |
|--------|-------------|
| Cards / Table | Switches between a card view and a table view. |
| Sort | Sorts the dashboards by **Last modified**, **Creation date (newest first)**, or **Creation date (oldest first)**. |

### Card View and Table View

Your dashboards are displayed as a card view or a table view. Dashboards that you own are marked with an the owner icon.

Each dashboard provides a three-dot menu the three dot menu icon with quick actions:

- For dashboards you own: **Duplicate**, **Share**, and **Delete**
- For dashboards shared with you: **Duplicate**

Both views display the same information for each dashboard:

- **Name**: the name of the dashboard
- **Created by**: the user who created the dashboard
- **Last modified by**: the user who last modified the dashboard
- **Last modified on**: the date the dashboard was last modified
- **Shared with**: the users the dashboard is shared with, or **Private** if it is not shared

In the table view, this information is displayed as columns; in the card view, as one card per dashboard.

## Working With Dashboards

When you open a dashboard, you can add widgets, apply dashboard filters, and share, export, or edit the dashboard. An open dashboard is displayed as follows, for example:
