# Exporting Values to MS Excel or as a PDF

## Overview

For further processing or publication of the data, you have the option of exporting the values displayed in the tree view of ledgers and schedules either as a PDF or as an MS Excel file.

## Exporting values

To export values from ledgers and schedules:

In the context menu, click the **three dots icon** in the header of the first column of a ledger or schedule.

Choose **Export** from the context menu.
