# Configuring Customizations

## Overview

In the **Customization** workspace, you as an **administrator** can customize certain elements of the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform to match your corporate design. Currently, you can upload your company logo and configure it for use on the start page and in e-mail templates.

## Opening the 'Customization' Workspace

To open the **Customization** workspace:

Click **Administration** in the main menu of the CFO Solution Platform.

Open the **Platform Management** area and click **Customization**. The **Customization** workspace is displayed as follws:

## Uploading and Applying Company Logo

To upload and apply your company logo to the start page and/or e-mail templates:

Navigate to the area where you want to upload the file.

Click **browse** or drag and drop the file into the appropriate field. Make sure the following requirements are met:

 - The file size must not exceed 128 KB.
 - Only PNG or SVG format is permitted.
 - Images must be vertically aligned.

If necessary, click **Preview** to preview the logo after the file has been uploaded.

If necessary, repeat steps one to three for the other areas.

Click **Apply changes** to apply the logo in the specified area(s). The start page with a customer logo is displayed as follows, for example:

## Replacing and Removing the Company Logo

To replace or remove the uploaded company logo, hover the mouse over the uploaded file. The following two options are available:

| Option | Description |
|---------|---------|
| | Replace the file with another file |
| | Remove the file. Once the file has been removed, the option to upload a file will be displayed again. |

You can replace or remove one or more of the files as needed.

## Resetting to Default Settings

Click **Reset to default** to remove all custom settings and return to the default configuration.
